For safety's sake and to preserve spaces for your guests, LPHOA enforces two main parking rules. The Association maintains a towing contract with A&B Towing. Part of that agreement allows A&B to tow ANY CAR parked in the firelane at ANY TIME.
If you are having a guest visiting long-term, or have a special situation, please contact us using the address below. We do issue temporary extended parking passes to qualified situations.
- Guest parking is for temporary guests. Any vehicle continuoulsy parked in guest parking is subject to enforcement, which will result in placement of a courtesy notice. If this is disregarded, an orange sticker will be placed on the vehicle. If the orange sticker is disregarded, the vehicle will be towed.
- Vehicles parked in the fire lanes are, as stated above, are subject to towing at any time. So please, keep your driveway parking situations brief and for loading and unloading only.
- If your car has been towed please DO NOT CONTACT BOARD MEMBERS for information regarding your vehicle. Call A&B Towing at 520-294-3456.

- LPHOA offers the opporunity for residents to rent guest parking spaces for long term. A total of only 3 guest parking spaces can be rented at any given time. Please email the above address for more information and forms.
